We had some issues with 2 of our 4 tables and Rachel instantly agreed to remake and replace the faulty ones. The workmanship was good, I was a little disappointed that they let the faulty ones through as they had obvious defects. As always it's important to quality check everything within the trade assurance period. Other products i've received from them that have had faults but i didn't realise the faults until after the trade assurance period, havent been dealt with as promptly or fairly in my opinion so this shoud be noted.
